eMeals is one of the biggest online meal planning sites on the internet. Endorsed by Dave Ramsey, they’ve become a monster in the meal plan space offering a ton of meal plan options for a (seemingly) low price.

But does eMeals live up to the hype and is it worth your hard earned money? Let’s Dive in.

What is eMeals?

eMeals is an online meal planner similar to Ultimate Meal Plans. They focus primarily on meal planning more so than nutritional advice or help. In addition to their meal planning they also provide an online grocery integration.

Types of meal plans that eMeals offers

They offer a variety of meals based on your lifestyle situation.

They also have a wide variety of “healthy” or “weight management” plans.

eMeals Pricing

eMeals offer plans in either quarterly (3 month) blocks or annually (12 months). Then, they add add-on prices based on how many meals you want.

While, this can be useful if you’re just planning dinner, this sort of hides the cost and can make it more expensive. if you’re trying to meal plan all your meals that you would think otherwise.

Dinner Only (this is their default)

  • 12 months: $59.99 ($4.99/month)

Breakfast

  • 3 months: $8.99 ($2.99/month)
  • 12 months: $29.99 ($2.49/month)

Lunch (add-on)
