How does Ultimate Meal Plans work?
Each week, you'll receive a complete meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks tailored to your chosen diet. Every plan includes detailed recipes with step-by-step instructions, nutritional information, and an auto-generated shopping list. Simply pick your diet, and we handle the rest!
What diets do you support?
We offer 8 diet types: Keto, Paleo, Clean Eating, Low Carb, Diabetic-Friendly, Carnivore, AIP (Autoimmune Protocol), and Healthy/Balanced. Each diet has been carefully designed by nutrition experts.
Can I customize my meal plan?
Yes! You can swap out any meal you don't like, adjust serving sizes, and exclude ingredients you're allergic to or simply don't enjoy. Your preferences are saved so future plans get even better.
How do I access my meal plans?
After signing up, you'll have instant access to your member dashboard where you can view your weekly meal plan, recipes, and shopping list. You can also download PDFs for offline access.

How much does it cost?
We offer three plans: Monthly ($14.99/mo), 3 Months ($29.99, saves 33%), and Annual ($79.99/year, saves 55%). 3 Month and Annual plans include a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our 3 Month and Annual plans come with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. After you cancel your subscription, you can request a full refund from your account (Settings -> Billing -> Request refund) if you're within 14 days of your first payment or 24 hours of a renewal. No need to email. Outside those windows, contact support@ultimatemealplans.com.
Meal Plans & Recipes
How many recipes are in each meal plan?
Each weekly plan includes 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, and optional snacks. That's 21+ unique recipes per week, though some meals are designed for leftovers to save you time.
Are the recipes complicated?
Not at all! Most of our recipes take 15-30 minutes to prepare and use simple, everyday ingredients. We focus on practical meals for busy people, not restaurant-style dishes that take hours.
Can I adjust serving sizes?
Yes! You can adjust servings from 1-8 people. The recipe ingredients and shopping list automatically scale to match.
What if I have food allergies?
You can set ingredient exclusions in your profile. We'll automatically filter out recipes containing those ingredients and suggest alternatives.
Shopping & Cooking
How does the shopping list work?
Your shopping list is automatically generated from your weekly meal plan. Items are organized by grocery store aisle, and you can check off items as you shop. You can also send it to Instacart or Kroger for delivery.
Can I print my meal plan?
Yes! You can download and print your entire meal plan, individual recipes, and shopping list as PDFs.
Do you show nutritional information?
Every recipe includes detailed nutritional info: calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Your daily and weekly totals are tracked automatically.
