If you are a current or past Ultimate Meal Plans customer, the most important thing to know is this: use the same email address you used before. That is how we connect your new app login with your subscription and account history.

How Weekly Meal Plans Work Now
Every Sunday, your new weekly plan is ready based on your saved settings. When you open your dashboard, plan page, recipes, or shopping list, the app will create or reuse your saved plan for that Sunday week.
If you open the app on Monday, Tuesday, or later in the week, your plan is still attached to that same Sunday week so everything stays organized.
How To Log In
- Go to ultimatemealplans.com/login.
- Try logging in with the email address you used for Ultimate Meal Plans.
- If your password does not work, use Set a new password.
- If the app says no account exists yet, create a new account with the same email address.
Using the same email is important. It helps the new app match your login to your subscription or imported customer record.

Do I need a new password?
Probably, if you are coming from the old site. The new app uses a new login system, so old passwords may not carry over. Use the password reset link or create an account with the same email.
Will my subscription carry over?
Active Stripe subscriptions are the billing source of truth for the new app. If you use the same email address, your account can be linked to your subscription status.
What if I had an old WordPress account?
Old WordPress account records help us identify customer history, but Stripe controls current app access. If something looks wrong, contact support and include the email you used for checkout.
What if I start a new trial or subscription with the same email?
Use the same email whenever possible. If a matching profile exists, the new billing session can update that profile. If not, create your app account with the same email after checkout.
When do new weekly meal plans arrive?
Sunday is the weekly refresh day. Your dashboard will create or show the current weekly plan when you open the app.
Who should I contact if my account looks wrong?
Reply to any Ultimate Meal Plans email or contact support@ultimatemealplans.com. Include the email address you used for Ultimate Meal Plans and any other email you may have used at checkout.
