Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Ultimate Meal Plans ("the Service") is operated by Paleo Meal Plans LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Paleo Meal Plans LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ultimate Meal Plans provides personalized meal planning, recipes, and shopping lists based on various dietary preferences. The Service is available through our website.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. Current plans are:

• Monthly: $14 per month, no free trial
• 3 Months: $36 every 3 months, with a 14-day free trial
• Annual: $96 per year, with a 14-day free trial

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and you authorize us to charge your card for each billing period. If we change a plan's price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Free Trials

Free trials are available on plans marked above. A card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the full plan price on the day the trial ends, and the plan then renews automatically. Promotional discounts (for example, a discounted first payment) replace the free trial and are charged at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made; see the refund policy below.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your most recent payment if:

• it is the first payment of your subscription and you ask within 30 days of that payment on the Monthly plan, or within 14 days of that payment on the 3 Months or Annual plan (the window starts when you are first charged, which is after any free trial); or
• it is a renewal payment and you ask within 7 days of that payment.

Cancel your subscription first, then request the refund from your account (Settings → Request refund); no need to email. When a refund is issued, your subscription ends immediately. Self-service refunds are not available on accounts with a prior chargeback or payment dispute; contact us instead.

If you are outside these windows, you may still contact hello@ultimatemealplans.com; we are not obligated to refund but may do so at our discretion. This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, and materials on Ultimate Meal Plans are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

The Ultimate Meal Plans name and logo belong to Paleo Meal Plans LLC. Other product, company, and store names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with us.

7. Health Disclaimer

Ultimate Meal Plans is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Meal Plans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
