Ultimate Meal Plans provides personalized meal planning, recipes, and shopping lists based on various dietary preferences. The Service is available through our website and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods (e.g. unused time after you cancel).

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund in two cases: (1) within 14 days of your first payment, or (2) within 24 hours of any renewal (rebill) charge. Refunds are only available after you have cancelled your subscription. Once cancelled, request a refund from your account (Settings → Billing → Request refund)—no need to email. We process refunds promptly.

If you are outside these windows, you may still contact support@ultimatemealplans.com; we are not obligated to refund but may do so at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, and materials on Ultimate Meal Plans are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Ultimate Meal Plans is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Meal Plans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
