If you don’t see a diet you love, you can always choose “healthy” or “clean eating” for a solid mix of all our our healthy and clean eating choices.
Exclude Any Ingredients You Don’t Like
You’re always able to exclude any food you don’t particularly like. This allows the custom meal planner to make sure you get exactly the type of meal plan you’re looking for.
Scale Your Meal Plan Based on the Number of People You’re Cooking For
You can scale your recipes by changing the servings sizes from 1 person up to 6 people.
The Weekly Meal Planner View
Once you get your basic settings placed – you can view your weekly meal plan every week in your dashboard.
View your Automatic Shopping List
If you’d like to flip over to the shopping list view, you can simply click the “shopping list” button on the right or at the bottom of the plan. There – you’ll see an easy-to-view list of all your grocery needs for the week.
Regenerate Your Plan
If you don’t love your meal plan for the week, you can edit your preferences and then regenerated your meal plan once per week – so you can be sure to get your meal plan absolutely perfect.
Download the Meal Plan of the Week
You can download your meal plan every week if you like. You’ll get a cleanly formatted PDF with a list of recipes and a shopping list to use for that week. It’s pretty nifty if we do say so ourselves.
Customize Your Meal Plan as Much as You Like
Again, the best part about our automatic planner is that you can customize it to your heart’s content. The more you tell the planner about your preferences, the better your meal plans will get!

While planning an entire month out sounds ambitious – we’ve found that people tend to get overwhelmed and give up. We want you to reach your goals so we’re focusing
Do you have a Macro Meal Planner?
Yes, our keto meal plans and low carb meal plans show the macro breakdown on all their meals. We’ve found that our other plans – people are not as interested in the macro breakdown, but we may add it as a user option to toggle in the future.
Do you Have a Printable Meal Planner?
Yes, all of our meal plans can be printed off however you like.
