The 3 Months and Annual plans start with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The Monthly plan has no trial and is billed when you sign up.

Yes. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and asks for a card up front so your plan continues without interruption after the trial. If you want to look around first, you can build a free sample meal plan without a card.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks, with no emails or phone calls. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If it isn't a fit, you can get your money back. Full refund within 30 days of your first payment on Monthly, or within 14 days of your first payment on 3 Months and Annual (the first payment is taken when the free trial ends). Renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the charge. Cancel first, then request the refund from Settings → Request refund.
